  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Final-sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

A member of our team will provide return instructions.

3. Refunds
  • Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected and approved.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was incorrect or defective.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
